  • Abstracts are required for all presentations.
  • Abstracts must be submitted maximum by 10 May 2024 (23:59 GMT).
  • Abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • Abstracts submitted will be accepted only as Poster Abstracts.
  • Withdrawal of abstracts can only be accepted if notified in writing. It is possible to withdraw an abstract 14 days after notification on acceptance.
  • If selected, it is the responsibility of the presenter to bear his travel and accommodation expenses.
  • All accepted Abstract presenter(s) will receive free registration to the conference to present your abstract at the conference.
  • The co- authors of the abstracts should register to the conference if you wish to receive the abstract poster certificate.
  • Scientific committee reserves the right to exclude any abstract from the scientific program or from the congress that is not followed by a participant’s registration at the latest 14 days after notification on acceptance.
  • Abstract Co – Author Names must be clearly mentioned during the submission.
