GENERAL CONDITIONS

Abstracts are required for all presentations.
Abstracts must be submitted maximum by 10 May 2024 (23:59 GMT).
Abstracts must be submitted in English.
Abstracts submitted will be accepted only as Poster Abstracts.
Withdrawal of abstracts can only be accepted if notified in writing. It is possible to withdraw an abstract 14 days after notification on acceptance.
If selected, it is the responsibility of the presenter to bear his travel and accommodation expenses.
All accepted Abstract presenter(s) will receive free registration to the conference to present your abstract at the conference.
The co- authors of the abstracts should register to the conference if you wish to receive the abstract poster certificate.
Scientific committee reserves the right to exclude any abstract from the scientific program or from the congress that is not followed by a participant’s registration at the latest 14 days after notification on acceptance.
Abstract Co – Author Names must be clearly mentioned during the submission.

Please verify that your email address (submitter and presenting author) is correct as it will be used for contacting you after the review process.
